We gladly accept returns with our 15 days, easy and hassle free return policy. However, the product has to be unworn and unwashed with their original tags intact and should be in their untampered original package. The return/refund request should be placed within 4 days of delivery. The entire process of return should be completed within 15 days of delivery. Please note that the return process is completed only after the product is received by us. We also reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not in proper condition, have been used or tampered with.
The new product will be shipped within 4 days of receiving the returned product. In case of refund, the amount will be added to the customer’s account or transferred to their bank within 2-3 days of receiving the product.
In case of unavailability of reverse pick up in the given location, the customer has to return the product through a courier agency and we will refund Rs.75 as a coupon.
Terms and Conditions:
Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards, we do not accept return or exchange on the following products

- 3. Shape wear
- 4. Swimwear
- 5. Sleepwear
- 6. Stockings
- 7. Bra – Accessories
- 8. Only the final amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Any discounts given, gift card, coupons or other vouchers applied by the customer will not be refunded.
- 9. The shipping charge (Rs.49) levied on orders cannot be refunded in case of bank refunds.
- 10. If the final bill amount is less than Rs.249 and paid through COD, refund cannot be given.
- 11. Exchange for a product will be entertained only once.
- 12. Refund to bank account will be given only for prepaid customers and shipping charges will not be refunded.
- 13. Products that are purchased as sets or combos cannot be returned as individual products.
Please do not accept the delivery of any item if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. If accepted, we cannot be held responsible.
Steps to Initiate a Return
Step 2 :Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.
Step 3 : If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box, along with the invoice. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
Step 4 : To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery or simply initiate a reverse pick-up with our logistic partner. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
Step 5 : Kindly write your order no. # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.
