Exchange & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shyaway.com. Shyaway.com is committed to customer delight and making customer shopping experiences a pleasant one.

RETURN ANY PRODUCT(S)

All our product(s) is carefully handled and ensured that each shipment is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our premises. However if you receive a faulty/damaged product(s), then we request you to contact us and we will sort it as quickly as possible. 

All you need to do is either call us at +91 8220 444 558 / 044 2378 3737  or send an email to contact@shyaway.com.

Shyaway.com. reserves the right to refuse exchange, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNING PRODUCT(S):

We'll do our best to take care of you. We will accept exchange of Bra within 15 days from the date of product(s) delivery.

Note: 

  • Exchange request must be raised within 4-5 working days via call or email.
  • Make sure that the original product(s) should reach our warehouse within 15 days.

A. Shyaway.com. does not accept returns of product(s) that is subjected to destructive conditions. We does not accept returns of product(s) that is:

  • 1. Worn.
  • 2. Laundered.
  • 3. Tags removed.
  • 4. Smell of body odor/perfume.
  • 5. Lotion/body glitter on them.
  • 6. Soiled/stained.
  • 7. Not returned in original packaging.
  • 8. Clearance sale product(s) is non exchangeable. This means you cannot return a clearance product(s) due to dislike/quality/sizing/color. It is a final Sale.

The product(s) that falls in the above conditions is not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

B. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise and hygienic standards of certain product(s), we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on the following product(s):

  • 1. Panties
  • 2. Legwear
  • 3. Shapewear
  • 4. Swimwear
  • 5. Sleepwear
  • 6. Bra – Accessories

C. We do exchange bra, if it comes under the size issue/the garment received was faulty. Based on the availability and preference, we'll send a replacement product(s).

D. In the welfare of hygiene, we may refuse returns of product(s) that show visible signs of having been worn, washed/soiled.

Note: Exchange of product(s) is entertained only once.

Defective/Wrong Product(s) replacement:

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by receiving a defective product(s). In order to sort it on priority, kindly send an email to contact@shyaway.com with the following the details:

  • 1. Mention the order Id in the subject line for reference.
  • 2. Attach a Snapshot/photo of the fault / damaged product(s) indicating it. Once we receive the mail, our team reviews the damage. We will resolve this in the best way possible for you and will do our best to provide an enhanced service.

INITIATE A RETURN

Ensure the product(s) you would like to return meet our Policy

Make a call to our customer care at +91 8220 444 558 /044 2378 3737 or send an email to contact@shyaway.com mentioning the order Id in the subject line for reference.

Exchange Process:

A. If you need your product(s) to be exchanged, call us at +91 8220 444 558 /044 2378 3737.

B. You can also send an email to contact@shyaway.com mentioning the order Id in the subject line for reference. After receiving your request, our customer care team will give you a call and confirm the same.

C. Next, the reverse pick-up will be initiated with our courier partner.

D. Our courier partner will get in touch with you and the pickup can be done within 48hrs of time.
Note: We are not responsible for any product(s) that is returned to us by mistake.

E. Once we receive the product(s), it will be sent to the examination team.

F. After getting the approval, we will process your request.

Note: Product(s) must be returned with the following:

  • 1. Properly fold & placed as received.
  • 2. With all tags attached in the original packing
  • 3. Boxed in their original package
  • 4. Attachment of the original Invoice slip
REVERSE PICKUP

In most cases, we will have the product(s) picked up from your place within 48 hours of approval.

In case, Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the product(s) through any authorized courier service. Your exact courier charges will be reimbursed with a ceiling of Rs.75/- in your Shyaway wallet.

MODES OF REFUND AVAILABLE:
  • All Refund will be credited only to your Shyaway wallet.
  • No Bank/cash refund is encouraged/ entertained.

Note: 1) Shyaway wallet money cannot be transferred /shared to any other Bank account / online payment wallets. 2) Convenience charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.

Time taken for an exchange/issuing of refund

All exchange/refund will be processed as soon as we receive the original product(s) back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take minimum 4 to 7 working days to process any exchange /refund by credit in your Shyaway wallet.

Once we receive the product(s), it is examined and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement. To cancel your order, please send an email to contact@shyaway.com with its order Id in the subject line for reference.

In an extreme case, Shyaway.com. may cancel orders for any reason like the product(s) is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors/credit card payment is declined by bank. Our team will call you and notify you on the same.

Cancel an Exchange Request:

All you need to do is call us at +91 8220 444 558 /044 2378 3737 and cancel the exchange request.

Return A Product(s) purchased on a Discount/Offer:

Shyaway.com. gives you great deals and offers for the customers to get the best trends of the Season. Product(s) bought under discount during offer sales, special promotions, coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.

Considering few reasons, we follow certain exchange policy for the Offer product(s) as below:

  • 1. Product(s) can be exchanged if faulty/damaged.
  • 2. Only Bra is allowed to be exchanged if it comes under size issue.
